About the Analyst

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As an Office Manager, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, drafting & reviewing presentations, and (when conditions permit) making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype and WhatsApp to help coordinate a team. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Analyst responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls

  • Schedule meetings & coordinate calendars

  • Book travel and accommodations

  • Book-keeping, invoicing, and payment management

  • Manage contact lists

  • Support creation of presentations, as assigned

  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

Required skills 

  • Previous experience as an assistant, office manager, chief of staff, or relevant role

  • Native fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin are a plus

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools, like Google Cloud, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Certifications as an executive assistant or project manager are a plus
